Under Queensland Law, a death certificate can only be ordered from the Registry of Births, Deaths & Marriages, on the day of a burial or cremation. Fitzroy Funerals will order this for you.

The following questions are asked by Fitzroy Funerals during the funeral arrangements in regards to what you’d like to include in your service. If there are particulars you would not like included in your service, answer with either ‘No’ or ‘N/A’. If you would like a family member to decide on a certain question, answer with ‘family’.
